Senior CRM Manager

memmo is a platform that offers personal video messages from athletes, actors, musicians, YouTubers and other profiles to their fans and followers. The videos are recorded, sent and received on the platform. memmo enables modern fan experiences, and make them more personal than ever before.

memmo is currently looking for a world-class Senior CRM Manager to join the growing memmo fam.

As Senior CRM Manager you will:

  • Be responsible for planning CRM strategy and activities concerning customer retention
  • Work closely with Content Manager and cross-functional teams to implement CRM strategy
  • Actively test on different approaches and bring our customer retention to the next level

We’re looking for:

  • A heroic team player and get-stuff-done mentality
  • At least 3 years experience with a proven track-record in CRM field
  • Strategic thinking around life cycle management
  • Hands-on experience in building both ad hoc emails and automatic communication flows in Braze or other equivalent CRM tools
  • A/B test approach and experience working with control group
  • Experience in working with data synchronization between CRM tool and Data warehouse
  • Also good to have: experience working with customer segmentation and LTV modelling
