memmo is a platform that offers personal video messages from athletes, actors, musicians, YouTubers and other profiles to their fans and followers. The videos are recorded, sent and received on the platform. memmo enables modern fan experiences, and make them more personal than ever before.
We are looking for a Management Associate who will be involved in a wide range of areas, including but not limited to:
- Supporting the management team with various administrative tasks - working closely with our CEO and COO, among others
- Manage ongoing communication with multiple external support parties (e.g., accounting firms, law firms, banks)
- Prepare internal presentations and meetings together with our management team
- Support with ongoing administrative finance work (e.g., invoice verification)
- Support our HR organization with various administrative HR tasks
Start date as soon as possible.
Please note that this role will be based in our HQ in Stockholm, Sweden.
