The videos are recorded, sent and received on the platform. memmo enables modern fan experiences, and make them more personal than ever before. has in less than two years since inception raised $22M USD in funding from world-leading tech entrepreneurs and grown to a headcount of ~80 employees spread across the globe. is currently looking for a world-class Senior Analyst/Analytics Engineer, Growth to join the Insights and Analytics team. 

The role reports directly to the Head of Insights and Analytics. 

As Senior Analyst/Analytics Engineer, Growth you will:

  • Be the expert for advanced user data analysis and experimental design (putting together hypotheses and advising on set-up and actions to be taken)
  • Build reliable and scalable analytics data models using a state-of-the-art modern data stack (Snowflake, dbt, LookerML) that facilitate independent insight provision to the business
  • Analyse digital marketing initiatives across all channels, throughout the whole user journey and make recommendations to optimize our processes
  • Proactively drive user behaviour and segment studies to continuously improve conversation rate and user retention 
  • Build/improve our prediction and attribution models 

We’re looking for:

  • An infectious enthusiasm for growing and improving our business every day with data-driven insights and intelligence
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence in a Growth/Marketing context. 
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, business growth and forecasting. Experience of retention / customer segmentation research is a plus
  • Expert SQL skills: you live, breathe and dream in SQL 
  • Hands-on experience of Python for statistical analysis and visualization of complex business problems.
  • Experience facilitating self-service reporting using Looker / LookerML and building complex dashboards that go beyond the abilities of the users in the business units
  • A solid foundation in data modeling and ETL practices, ideally including relevant experience in a Growth/Marketing context is a plus
  • Experience with Data Science projects (forecasting, segmentation, attribution) in a business context is a big plus: If you blow us away with your Data Science skill set and manage to have a huge impact on the Business with your Data Science projects, this position provides a career path toward a Data Scientist position.
