Customer Support Specialist

memmo is a platform that offers personal video messages from athletes, actors, musicians, YouTubers and other profiles to their fans and followers. The videos are recorded, sent and received on the platform. memmo enables modern fan experiences, and make them more personal than ever before.

memmo is currently looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join the growing memmo fam. As CSS you will be working with supporting customers as well as profiles using the memmo platform. We pride ourselves in offering a platform delivering unforgettable moments, and try our best to make the process of using memmo as smooth as possible for all parties.

As CSS at memmo you will be:

  • Supporting users and profiles in using the memmo platform
  • Building and proactively improving user’s opinion of memmo through emails, chat and potentially, phone calls
  • Providing support to and taking care of your teammates as well as adding to the memmo culture
  • Unplanned tasks that may (and will – hey, we’re a startup) vary on a daily basis 
  • Entering at the heart of a hyper-growth start-up with global ambitions
  • Using your creativity to question current procedures and find new ways to help customers & profiles
  • Working together with the rest of the team to deliver the best possible memmo experiences to both users and profiles

  • Fluent English speaker. Other European languages are a plus.
